Lists that reply, not lists thatburn your domain.

I rebuilt a 60,000-contact list down to 23,400 verified addresses — bounce fell from 12.4% to 0.6% and reply rate went up 5.4×. Deleting 61% of it was the highest-ROI thing we did.

  • Bounce rate 12.4% → 0.6%
  • Reply rate up 5.4× on the same offer
  • 1,340 live customers removed from sending

Services

What you're actually hiring me to own

Not tasks on a list. Systems with a number attached to them.

Cold Email Infrastructure

A sending estate that scales without collapsing.

Domain strategy, DNS (SPF/DKIM/DMARC/MTA-STS), mailbox provisioning, warmup curves, sending-limit governance and rotation across Workspace, M365 and custom mail servers.

Provisioned estate + infrastructure runbook

Deliverability Engineering

Placement you can prove, not hope for.

Seed-list placement testing, blacklist and reputation monitoring, spam-trap avoidance, content and spintax auditing, and a triage playbook for the day a domain dips.

Weekly placement report + recovery playbook

Lead Generation & List Building

Lists that reply instead of bounce.

ICP definition, multi-source sourcing via Apollo, Sales Navigator and Clay, waterfall enrichment, triple-pass verification, and dedupe against your CRM before a single send.

Verified list at sub-1% bounce

Campaign Strategy & Copy

Sequences built to earn replies, not opens.

Offer positioning, angle testing, 4–6 step sequences, spintax variants engineered for deliverability, and structured A/B tests with enough volume to actually mean something.

Automation & AI Workflows

Hours of manual work that stop existing.

n8n, Make and Zapier pipelines for enrichment, lead routing, reply classification, meeting handoff and reporting — with LLM steps where they beat a rule, and rules where they beat an LLM.

CRM & RevOps Hygiene

A pipeline your forecast can survive.

HubSpot and Salesforce setup, lifecycle and stage definitions, dedupe rules, lead scoring, attribution from send to closed-won, and dashboards leadership will actually open.

Process

What the first 30 days look like

You shouldn't have to guess what I'll be doing. Here's the sequence, every time.

01

Days 1–3

Audit before I touch anything

Seed-test every sending domain, pull DNS records, bounce and complaint history, and read the last 60 days of campaign data. You get a written audit with a severity-ranked list of what's broken.

Infrastructure audit + risk register

02

Days 4–7

Agree the one number that matters

We pick the single metric I'm accountable for — placement, qualified replies, or meetings held — plus the guardrails I'm not allowed to break to get it. Everything after this is measured against that.

Scorecard with targets and guardrails

03

Week 2

Fix the foundation

Deliverability and list hygiene come first, because copy tests run on a broken estate produce lies. Domains authenticated, warmup corrected, lists verified and deduped, suppression enforced.

Clean estate + verified list

04

Week 3

Ship and instrument

Sequences live, tracking wired into the CRM, dashboard shared with you. One controlled variable at a time, with enough volume behind each test to be worth reading.

Live campaigns + live dashboard

05

Week 4 onward

Optimise on a cadence

Monday: seed test and report. Midweek: one test decision. Friday: hygiene pass. Small, scheduled, unglamorous changes compound faster than monthly overhauls.

Weekly report + one change shipped

06

Ongoing

Document myself out of the loop

Every repeatable step becomes an SOP with screenshots and a Loom. The measure of the job being done well is that your team could run it without me.

SOP library + trained operators

The audit in the first three days is free and yours to keep, whether or not you hire me.

About

I started as the person cleaning up other people's burned domains.

I got into outbound the unglamorous way: an agency handed me 400 mailboxes that were landing in spam, a client threatening to churn, and no documentation. I rebuilt the infrastructure from DNS up, moved placement from 41% to 96% in five weeks, and wrote the SOP so it never happened again.

Six years later that's still the job I do best — owning the boring, technical, high-consequence layer of outbound that nobody wants to touch. Domains, DNS, warmup curves, list hygiene, sending schedules, CRM plumbing, reporting. The parts where one mistake costs you a quarter.

I work like an operator, not a freelancer. I ask for the metric before I ask for the task, I document everything I build, and I'd rather tell you a campaign is going to underperform on Tuesday than explain why it did on Friday.

How I work with you

01

Async-first, written by default

Daily written standup, Loom for anything visual, and a shared dashboard so you never have to ask for status.

02

I bring the numbers to you

Weekly report every Monday: placement, reply rate, meetings booked, and the one thing I'm changing this week.

03

Escalate early, not politely

If a domain's reputation dips or a list smells wrong, you hear it that day — not in the retro.

04

Everything becomes an SOP

If I do it twice, it gets documented. Your team keeps the system even if I get hit by a bus.

Why hire me

The six things that actually reduce your hiring risk

Not adjectives. The specific reasons this hire is unlikely to go wrong.

I own a number, not a task list

Before I start, we agree the one metric I'm accountable for and the guardrails I can't break to hit it. You'll always know whether I'm working.

Removes the risk of paying for activity instead of outcomes.

I protect the asset you can't replace

Domain reputation takes months to build and one week to destroy. In six years and 1.5M+ monthly sends, I haven't burned a domain — because I'd rather pause a campaign than gamble an estate.

Removes the risk of a cheap hire costing you your sending infrastructure.

Everything I build is documented

SOPs with screenshots, Loom walkthroughs, runbooks for the failure cases. Your team keeps the system whether I stay six months or six years.

Removes key-person risk — the reason most ops hires are scary.

You'll never wonder where things stand

Written daily standup, sub-2-hour replies in working hours, and a Monday report with placement, replies, meetings and the one change I'm making this week.

Removes the management overhead of chasing a remote hire.

I automate my own job

I've cut 22 hours a week of reporting to 40 minutes and 40-minute provisioning to 90 seconds. The work I take on tends to get cheaper over time, not more expensive.

Removes the risk of a hire whose cost scales linearly with your volume.

I tell you the bad news early

If a test is failing, a list looks wrong, or a target isn't going to land, you hear it while there's still time to act — not in the post-mortem.

Removes the risk of discovering problems a month after they started.

I'd rather put you on a call with someone who paid me than print a quote you have no way to verify.

Across six years I've worked inside three outbound agencies and directly with their SaaS, AI, agency and professional-services clients. Ask me on our first call and I'll introduce you to former managers and clients who can speak to the work — including the ones where something went wrong and how I handled it.
